 Thank you for your interest in Brockham Arts Club.

Please complete this form to apply for a place at our after-school club from September 2026.

Please note: Initial applications close on Friday 19 June 2026. If applications exceed available places, names will be drawn at random to allocate spaces fairly across our afternoon clubs. 

*Completing this form does not guarantee a place but will allow us to maintain a waiting list where necessary. *
