All LAMDA classes will enhance both performance and communication skills by paying particular attention to pronunciation, clarity of diction and audibility. A huge part of LAMDA classes are about encouraging students to explore ideas and express themselves in a safe environment.
All classes will enable students to grow in confidence and boost self-esteem. Our students also learn the theory of the given subject they are studying as part of the process of working towards a practical
examination.
The exams that we prepare our students for are credit bearing qualifications that reside upon the Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF). The exams stretch across four levels.
All LAMDA examinations and qualifications are rooted in encouraging students of all ages to develop a love of literature, poetry and drama and thus improve standards of communication through the spoken word.
UCAS points are awarded to our students taking grades 6-8 examinations, with the maximum of 30 points achievable for grade 8 students. To put this into perspective a C grade at A levels is worth 32 points
